Damaged or Defective Products
If your cookies arrive damaged, incorrect, or otherwise defective, please contact us at info@bekookie.com within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

Once we review your request, we’ll happily provide a refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our cookies are perishable, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. However, we always stand behind our products and will issue a refund or replacement for any order that arrives in unsatisfactory condition.
