• What is your bestseller?

• Are the cookies baked to order?

Our cookies are baked to order and shipped within 24 hours of baking.

• How long do the cookies last?

Our cookies are at their yummiest within 5 days of arriving—fresh is best! Want to save a few for later? Pop them in a freezer-safe bag or container and they’ll stay just as delicious for up to 3 months. (If they last that long!)

• Can I customize my box?

Absolutely! Just choose the ‘Custom’ option when ordering, and tell us in the Order Notes which flavors and how many of each cookie you’d like. Your dream cookie box, your way!

• Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

Not yet but we are working on it!

• Do you offer catering?

    Yes! We love catering events! There is a minimum order of 30 cookies.  Please send us a note via email at info@bekookie.com and we can start planning!

• Do you have a storefront?

All cookies are baked out of my home which has been inspected and approved LA Department of Public Health.

• Do you have cookies that contain nuts?

Yes, some of our cookies contain nuts. The cookies that do contain nuts will have the ingredient/s listed on the ingredient label and under the "Contains" allergy section.We do our best to prevent cross contamination, but all of our cookies are prepared in the same kitchen. 

• Do you customize packaging?

If you have a logo or artwork for a custom label, we can print it for you! Please note that custom labels come with an additional charge. For inquiries, email us at info@bekookie.com.

• Can I find you at popups or local events?

Yes! Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to see which events we will be participating at. You’ll find us every month at the Palos Verdes Farmers Market located at 27118 Silver Spur Rd, Rolling Hills Estates, CA 90274. Check our Facebook and Instagram for exact dates as they are subject to change.

• Can I pre-order for pickup?

Absolutely! Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to see which events we’ll be attending. You can place pre-orders through our website. At checkout, under the Delivery section, select Pickup and choose your preferred location.

• How far in advance should I order for an event?

The sooner, the better! Two weeks’ notice helps us bake up your order just right, but if you’re in a pinch, we’ll do our best to make some cookie magic happen. Drop us a note at info@bekookie.com
